Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes who meet WHO or ADA criteria, the patients receive metformin (daily dose 1000-2000mg) for at least 4 weeks before screening; 2. HBA1c>7.0%; 3. Men and women aged 18 to 79 years; 4. Body mass index (BMI) <=45 kg/m2; 5. All patients participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type I diabetes; 2. Serious acute and chronic complications of diabetes; 3. Previous treatment with DDP-4 inhibitors or GLP-1 analogs; 4. History of hemoglobin; 5. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 6. Contraindications to the use of GLP-1, metformin or insulin; 7. Women who are pregnant, breastfeeding and using inappropriate contraceptive methods; 8. Use of glucocorticoids and other drugs that affect blood sugar; 9. Those with obvious infection; 10. Those who have mental or neurological diseases and are unable or unwilling to cooperate.
