18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The reasons for admission are all trauma certificates; 2. Age >= 18 years old; 3. Admission within 24 hours after trauma; 4. ISS scores are above 12 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lack of complete clinical data; 2. Exclude sharp injuries, burns and chemical injuries; 3. Exclude pregnant women; 4. Died within 24 hours after being transferred to the ICU; 5. Combined with other immunosuppressive conditions: (1) After receiving organ transplantation; (2) HIV positive; (3) A history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy within the past 6 weeks. 6. Severe craniocerebral trauma (GCS <8 points).
