Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Nasopharyngeal carcinoma stage II-IVB; (2) The age ranged from 18 to 70 years old; (3) The function of bone marrow, liver, kidney, heart and lung were normal; (4) For the first time to accept radical radiochemical treatment of patients; (5) No distant metastasis; (5) The score of Karnofsky functional state >60.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with active recurrent carcinoma; (2) Patients with mental disorders; (3) persons with skin infectious diseases; (4) Allergic constitution or allergic to the components of the preparation; (5) Suspected or with a history of alcohol or drug abuse; (6) Pregnant or lactating women or those with recent fertility planning; (7) The researcher thinks that it is not suitable to participate in this experiment.
