Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, over 18 years old; 2. ASA I-II patients; 3. Plan elective unilateral radical mastectomy under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses; 2. History of allergy to ropivacaine; 3. Contraindications of regional anesthesia (coagulation dysfunction and local infection); 4. BMI >40 Kg/m2; 5. Bilateral mastectomy; 6. Use of chronic pain relievers, illegal drugs or alcohol; 7. Mental problems.
