Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients over 65 years old with hip fracture who plan to operate under spinal anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious trauma; 2. Coagulation disorders; 3. Apply anticoagulant drugs; 4. History of long-term use of analgesics, history of allergy to local anesthetics; 5. FICB operation area infection; 6. Patients who cannot communicate or score normally.
