29 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with single-segment lumbar disc herniation by Computed Tomography(CT) or Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI); 2. Patients with clinical symptoms, such as low back pain with lower extremity radicular pain; 3. Patients who had experienced ineffective or even aggravated symptoms after conservative treatment for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were pregnant or lactating; 2. Patients with severe organic diseases, such as diseases of the heart, lung, kidney, etc.; 3. Patients with blood coagulation dysfunction; 4. Patients with communication disorders, cognitive impairment, or mental disorders; 5. Patients with severe infectious diseases; 6. Patients with lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis, or sacral cyst.
