Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 2021.08-2022.08 patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, Shenzhen Hospital, Southern Medical University; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. Diagnosis was based on the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients, such as patients with ketoacidosis, hyperosmolar non-keto coma, end-stage renal disease, and liver disease; 2. Peripheral nerve damage caused by other reasons (including chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy, nutritional deficiency, poisoning, dysglobulinemia, hypothyroidism, connective tissue disease, genetics, trauma, etc.); 3. Autonomic nerve damage caused by other reasons (including Parkinson's disease, Parkinson's syndrome, multiple system atrophy and other diseases that may lead to abnormal autonomic nerve function); 4. Alcoholism, vitamin B12 deficiency; malignant tumor; arthritis; acute or chronic infection; 5. Acute myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction and cerebral hemorrhage occurred within 3 months; 6. 3 months of oral use of glucocorticoids and other drugs; 7. The informed consent form cannot be signed.
