18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We included cases of maxillary third molars or supernumerary teeth with high complete bone insertion, located in maxillary sinus, or above maxillary molar root bifurcation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases without preoperative imaging data (cone beam CT); 2. Patients with severe periodontitis; 3. Patients with severe maxillary sinusitis; 4. There are tumors and cysts in the area where the tooth to be extracted is located; 5. Patients with congenital malformations of the maxillofacial region; 6. Mental patients; 7. Pregnant women, patients with systemic diseases and mental diseases; 8. Other cases deemed unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
