Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients have >=1 AKI risk factor; 2. Age >=18 years old; 3. ICU hospitalization time >=3d.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The time in hospital is less than 24 hours; 2. Patients with chronic renal dysfunction; 3. Critically ill patients who have started renal replacement therapy before ICU admission; 4. Have a history of kidney transplantation; 5. Patients with renal insufficiency caused by urinary tract obstruction; 6. Patients with renal artery stenosis; 7. Patients who are allergic to ultrasound contrast agents or who are unable to perform ultrasound contrast; 8. Patients with incomplete medical records.
