Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective laryngeal microsurgery; 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. ASA I-II grade; 4. BMI less than 25.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient does not agree to participate in this research; 2. The mouth opening is less than 4.5cm, and the spacing between nails is less than 6.5cm; 3. Lung diseases such as (pneumonia, COPD, asthma, pulmonary hypertension, history of long-term smoking), history of hypertension, cerebrovascular disease; 4. The estimated operation time is more than 1 hour.
