Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IBD patients hospitalized in Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University and Renji Hospital from July 26, 2021 to October 21, 2021, including active stage and remission stage, including patients admitted due to disease attack and admitted to hospital for evaluation; 2. Patients with a clear diagnosis of IBD based on clinical, endoscopic and pathological findings.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of IBD is not clear; 2. Under the age of 18; 3. Suffering from other autoimmune diseases at the same time.
