18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AML confirmed by WHO classification (except M3) and patients who achieved complete remission after induction therapy; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years; 3. The ECOG score 0-2 when selected; 4. Liver and kidney function: blood bilirubin 50%; 6. Can provide informed consent, can understand and comply with the requirements of the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute promyelocytic leukemia; 2. History of other malignant tumors in the past 5 years; 3. HIV positive; 4. Other serious diseases that may limit the patient's participation in this trial (such as advanced infection, uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiac insufficiency or angina pectoris, etc.); 5. The general condition is not suitable for chemotherapy; 6. Pregnant or lactating women; 7. Secondary to myeloproliferative disease or treatment-related AML.
