Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary family careers aged 18 years or over; 2. Live in the same house with a person with dementia; 3. Provide care on a daily basis; 4. The careers are internet users.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Careers have severe mental health conditions or terminal illness; 2. Careers involved in phase 1 study or other studies; 3. Careers who cannot read Chinese without assistance.
