Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.From July 2021 to June 2023, I was admitted to Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College in ICU, which met the diagnostic criteria of ARDS defined by Berlin, and the oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) 18 years old; 3.Mechanical ventilation time > 48h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pulmonary hypertension; 2.Acute pulmonary embolism; 3.Peripheral nerve disease and severe hemodynamic disturbance during pulmonary reextension.
