18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 75 years; 2.Single origin tumor; 3.Stage I gastric cancer confirmed by preoperative endoscopic ultrasonography and pathology (excluding patients with absolute indication of ESD), as follows: (1)cT1a, UL(-), undifferentiated type, >2.0mm; (2)cT1a, UL(+), undifferentiated type; (3)cT1A, UL(+), differentiated type, >3.0mm; (4)cT1b; 4.Signed informed consent; 5.Patients can receive regular follow-up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative examination suspected local or distant lymph node metastasis; 2.Complicated with serious diseases of heart and lung organs, with contraindications to anesthesia rated by ASA; 3.Patients with bleeding tendency; 4.Allergy to tracers; 5.Pregnant and lactation patients; 6.Previous abdominal surgery history; 7.Serious heart and lung diseases.
