Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consent of patients and their families; 2.No restriction on gender or age; 3.Normal lung function; 4.Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy under elective general anesthesia; 5.ASA grade I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative renal insufficiency, pulmonary interstitial lesions, pleurisy, bronchiectasis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary hypertension; 2.Patients with pulmonary congestion or pulmonary edema before surgery; 3.Heart failure, congenital heart disease, pneumothorax, postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer, infection, fever, respiratory insufficiency.
