20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I or II standard level of full-term single first-time delivery women; 2. Aged 20 to 35 years, BMI 21-30kg/m^2; 3. All the parturients voluntarily and knowingly agreed to receive PCEA analgesia during labor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intramural puncture contraindication; 2.Local anesthetic allergy; 3.Abnormal birth canal, abnormal head basin, etc.; 4.With heart disease, hypertension, preeclampsia and other diseases; 5.Abnormal coagulation indexes or blood system diseases; 6.Combined with mental diseases and other maternal can not cooperate.
