Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. IgAN confirmed by a biopsy of kidney puncture pathology; 2. No antibiotics or probiotics were taken within 1 month; 3. Aged>16 years; 4. 0.75g 60mL/min/1.73 m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other autoimmune diseases or secondary kidney diseases, such as allergic purpura, systemic lupus erythematosus, systemic sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, diabetic nephropathy, cirrhosis, nephrotoxic drugs, etc.; 2.After blood analysis, stool examination, fecal occyblood test and colonoscopy or barium examination, organic lesions of colon, rectum and anus; 3.History of malignant tumor; 4.History of neuropsychiatric diseases; 5.Metabolic diseases such as hyperthyroidism, diabetes and gout; 6.Patients who had received or required hormone and/or immunosuppressant therapy prior to enrollment in the study; 7.Patients who cannot be regularly followed up.
