Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the conditions recommended for fine needle aspiration in the 2016 Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Thyroid Nodules published by the American Academy of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE); solid or predominantly solid (>50% solid component) thyroid nodules.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.By thyroid radionuclide imaging, it was confirmed as "hot nodule" with independent uptake function; 2.Bleeding tendency with significantly prolonged bleeding and clotting times and significantly reduced prothrombin activity; 3.Long-term use of anticoagulants; 4.Frequent coughing, swallowing and other difficulties in cooperation; 5.Possible loss of vital organs in the vicinity of the puncture needle path; 6.Infection at the puncture site; 7.Patients refuse invasive examinations.
