Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-pubertal and premenopausal women; no history of uterine, ovarian and fallopian tube surgery; 2. Willing to accept abdominal or vaginal uterine ultrasonography; no history of endocrine diseases; no history of malignant tumors; 3. Willing to collect blood samples for testing.
