Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gluteal muscle contracture; 2. Aged >= 18 years old; 3. Patients agree to join the study and sign the informed consent; 4. Agree and cooperate with follow-up work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary surgery; 2. Chronic disease (diabetes); 3. Other diseases of the hip; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. Subjects are participating in other clinical trials.
