Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The admission weeks are more than 30 weeks to less than 37 weeks; (2) The weight is less than 2500 grams; (3) Parents of premature infants agree to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature babies are currently using respirators and sedative pain medications; (2) Hearing impairment, deformity, central nervous system problems, heart disease or other congenital diseases, etc.
