Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Haplo-HSCT patients suffered from SAA,MDS or leukemia; 2. between the ages of 1-60 years old, male or female; 3. No serious organ dysfunction; 4. non HLA matched donor; 5. with follow-up conditions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. major organ dysfunction; 2. tumor and the serious infectious diseases; 3. severe active infection; 4. others not suitable for Haplo-HSCT.
