Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with fatty liver disease reported by B-mode ultrasound during physical examination in West china Hospital and agreed to join our investigation.At the same time,1080 non-alcoholic hepatic fatty liver check-up subjects were included as the control group.All included subjects were aged 15-84 years and lived in Sichuan Province.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Males(211) and females(1)with alcohol consumption equivalent to 140g/week and 70g/week respectvely;Among the patients with fatty liver detected by B-ultrasonography, the patients with previous history of hepatitis B or C(54);B-scan revealed liver growth(1); BIM<16(4) and incomplete data (33) A total of 1879 subjects(916 in the experimental group and963 in the control group) were included in the final study. 1,179 men,700 women).
