Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with myasthenia gravis (MG) by visiting a doctor in the research center, assessed by a neurologist, meeting the diagnostic criteria of the 2015 version of the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of myasthenia gravis; 2. On the basis of typical clinical features of MG, with pharmacological features and/or neuroelectrophysiological features, excluding other diagnoses, MG can be diagnosed clinically; 3. Thymus imaging (CT and MR) consider thymic thymus tumor; 4. From July 2021 to July 2022, receive basic treatment (cholinesterase inhibitor, adrenocortical hormone, etc.) in the thoracic surgery department of the research center and randomize antiviral/placebo treatment; 5. Subjects voluntarily join this study, agree to collect relevant information including hematological testing information, and sign the informed consent form (patients under the age of 18 should be signed by their legal representatives).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by serious underlying diseases, such as liver and kidney failure, heart failure, etc.; 2. Patients with other systemic tumors; 3. Evaluation of the prognosis of the impact of mental illness; 4. According to the judgment of the investigator, there are other patients with concomitant diseases that seriously endanger the safety of the patient or affect the completion of the study; 5. The investigator assesses those who are expected to have poor compliance.
