Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with hemorrhagic shock requiring emergency surgery under general anesthesia, ASA III or IV, aged 16 to 70 years, willing to participate in this study and signed a written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with abnormal cardiac conduction, hypertension and chronic kidney disease; 2. Those who need emergency surgery due to renal or craniocerebral trauma; 3. Patients with multiple organ failure; 4. Those who are allergic to dexmedetomidine.
