Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Doctor: (1) Outpatient physicians in the Department of Endocrinology who sit independently; (2) Willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent. 2. Family members of patients: (1) See a doctor included in the study; (2) Aged 18 and above; (3) Able to complete tasks independently; (4) Willing to participate in the research and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Doctors: Those who did not participate in the whole study; 2. Family members of patients: (1) Those who did not participate in the whole research process; (2) Failure to pass the operational test; (3) Failed to pass the attention test.
