Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients need chemotherapy in the short term or need parenteral nutrition for surgery; 2. Age 18-70 years old; 3. Patients without contraindications to right internal jugular vein puncture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with abnormal coagulation function before surgery or taking anticoagulant drugs; 2. Refuse to participate in this researcher.
