Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients planning painless endoscopy; 3. American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I ~ II; 4. No communication barrier, can cooperate with the implementation of intervention; 5. The subjects participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The operation time is less than 15 minutes; 2. Pregnant women and patients who may need endotracheal intubation for operation; 3. Patients who needed long-term nasal catheter continuous oxygen (home oxygen therapy) in the past; 4. Patients with history of severe sleep apnea and pulmonary diseases (such as pneumothorax); 5. Have participated in other clinical studies in or within 30 days; 6. Severe nasal obstruction, massive epistaxis, recent nasal trauma, and recent nasal surgery; 7. Intracranial elevation and skull base fracture; 8. Other circumstances that the researcher considers unsuitable to participate in the study.
