Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent unilateral total knee arthroplasty for the first time due to knee osteoarthritis had an ideal prosthesis installation position on postoperative radiographs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index greater than 35; 2. Obvious abnormality or other pathological changes of muscles and nerves around the knee joint; 3. Those with a history of previous knee surgery; 4. Patients with malignant tumor, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Patients with severe metabolic diseases requiring long-term infusion.
