Two groups:20F channel versus 18F channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy

Age

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient aged 18-80 years old; 2.The size of kidney stones is >= 15 mm; 3.The American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) score below 2 points and 2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Morbidly obese patients (body mass index 40kg/m2); 2.Patients with congenital malformations of the urinary tract; 3.Patients with a history of kidney transplantation or urinary bypass; 4.Isolated kidney; 5.Uncorrected coagulopathy or active urinary tract.
