18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hand hyperhidrosis; 2. The patient and the patient's family members have a strong willingness to operate and sign the informed consent for the operation; 3. "Tubeless" 5mm single-port thoracoscopic thoracic sympathotomy was performed during the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary hand hyperhidrosis caused by tuberculosis, hyperthyroidism, etc.; 2. Patients with obvious pleural adhesion, sinus bradycardia and pulmonary disease; 3. Patients with intraoperative tracheal intubation or double-lumen tracheal intubation or indwelling chest tube and urinary catheter; patients with more than one incision or more are selected.
