18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-80 years old, no gender limitation; 2. Diagnosis of pancreatic body and tail tumor without distant metastasis. Patients with resectable or borderline resectable pancreatic cancer (refer to the 2020.V1 NCCN Guidelines for Pancreatic Cancer); 3. Physical condition score ECOG 0-1; 4. The expected survival time after surgery is more than 3 months; 5. Good compliance, comply with the research plan and other project requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has contraindications to surgery; 2. Patients diagnosed with locally advanced or unresectable pancreatic cancer (refer to the 2020. V1 NCCN Guidelines for Pancreatic Cancer); 3. Imaging examination found distant metastasis; 4. Severe heart, liver or kidney function damage (heart function grade 3-4, ALT or AST exceeds 5 times the upper limit of normal, and creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal); 5. Pregnant or lactating female patients; 6. Patients suffering from other malignant tumors or blood diseases.
