Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It is clearly diagnosed with lumbar spinal stenosis or lumbar spondylolisthesis at 3 to 4 levels and the lumbar vertebraat is required to fusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious cardiopulmonary disease, severe hypertension,sequelae of cerebrovascular disease, bradycardia, abnormal behavior, long-term use of the following drugs (ß-receptor blocker, analgesic), liver and kidney function abnormal, allergic to ropivacaine and a2 adrenergic receptor agonist.
