18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years; 2. First surgery for tumor in the cerebellopontine angle and dura opening time>4h; 3. Informed consent by the patient or his/her legal representative.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal inflammatory indicators before surgery; 2. Patients with severe intracranial hypertension and hydrocephalus; 3. Those with severe heart, liver, lung and kidney insufficiency; 4. Patients with severe lumbar bone hyperplasia or intervertebral disc herniation; 5. Patients who are considered inappropriate by the attending physician to participate in this trial.
