Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need gastrointestinal surgery; 2. Between 18 and 65 years old; 3. During the trial period, the medication situation was basically stable; 4. Voluntarily participate in the trial, be able to follow the trial protocol, and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to drugs and/or food; 2. Those with severe heart, liver, brain and kidney failure; 3. Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 4 weeks; 4. Patients with other diseases or factors that affect absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion.
