20 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form; 2. Subjects with a history of two or more recurrent spontaneous abortions; 3. There is no obvious abnormality in physical examination and laboratory results except for RSA related indexes; 4. Aged 20 to 40 years old; 5. Gestation<6 weeks; 6. Normal menstrual cycle and basal body temperature; 7. Normal hormone levels; 8. Subjects with negative anti-phospholipid antibodies; 9. TORCH IgM negative; 10. Blood group antibody <1128; 11. Hysteroscopy or HSG: at least one side of fallopian tube is unobstructed and the anatomy of uterine cavity is normal; 12. Normal semen analysis result of the spouse; 13. Normal karyotype results of the couples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who had experienced serious diseases, such as respiratory diseases, endocrine system diseases, nervous system, cardiovascular system disease, digestive system disease or diseases of the urogenital system; 2. Subjects who had experienced serious infection, tumors, or immunodeficiency diseases.
