Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with repeated implantation failures meet any of the following: (1) >=3 embryo transfer failures; (2) 2 failed euploid embryo transfers; 2. The woman was aged 20-39 years old when the eggs are retrieved; 3. Perform PGT-A assisted pregnancy; 4. There are >=1 euploid embryos that can be transferred; 5. Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Uterine diseases that clearly affect the shape of the uterine cavity or endometrial receptivity, such as uterine malformation, submucosal fibroids, intramural fibroids protruding into the uterine cavity, untreated hydrosalpinx, etc.; 2. Chromosomal abnormalities in either spouse; 3. Recurrent miscarriage (>= 2 clinical pregnancy miscarriages); 4. Endomembrane <6mm on the day of transformation; 5. Those with contraindications to endometrial scratching, pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology.
