18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones requiring hepatectomy, including left lateral lobectomy, left hemihepatectomy, right posterior lobectomy or right hemihepatectomy; 2. Child-push classification of liver function A or B.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cholangiocarcinoma or other malignant tumors; 2. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 3. Patients with severe biliary cirrhosis who are not suitable for liver resection; 4. Patients requiring cholangioenterostomy.
