Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women aged 18-70 years; 2. Early (stage I/II) OC patients undergoing initial surgery and pathological diagnosis; 3. Have not received any treatment related to the disease before this study, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and other anti-tumor drug treatments; 4. Have complete clinical data, such as imaging data to evaluate tumor size, location, clinical stage, tumor markers CEA, CA19-9, CA125, etc.; 5. Have enough tumor tissues for subsequent experimental analysis; 6. Volunteer to join the study, sign an informed consent form for clinical specimen sampling, and accept preoperative blood sampling, intraoperative primary tumor and lymph node sampling; 7. Must be hCG negative and non-lactating when enrolled in the group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with extrapelvic spread during initial imaging or surgical exploration; 2. The subject has suffered from other malignant tumors in the past 5 years or at the same time; 3. According to the judgment of the researcher, the subjects have other factors that may lead to the forced termination of the study.
