18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~80 years old, male or female; 2. Clinically diagnosed craniopharyngioma awaiting surgery; 3. Agree and sign the informed consent; 4. Be able to understand and cooperate with relevant research contents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute kidney injury has been combined on admission; 2. Patients with end-stage renal disease or renal insufficiency who require preoperative renal replacement therapy; 3. Patients after previous kidney transplantation or nephrectomy; 4. Other conditions deemed inappropriate by the investigator to be included in this clinical trial.
