Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for TS (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, DSM-V); 2. Yale Global Tic Severity Scale (YGTSS) total score >= 25; 3. Symptoms persist for more than 1 year, and the drug regimen has not been adjusted within one month; 4. Right-handed; 5. Age 6-18 years old; 6. Able to accept TMS therapy, I and my guardian agree to be treated and observed in accordance with this study. TMS treatment targets are limited to TS patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. RS-fMRI scanning head movement is greater than 3mm3 degrees; 2. Failure to complete TMS stimulation.
