The morning group 1:Anesthesia is induced with 3% sevoflurane
The afternoon group 1:Anesthesia is induced with 3% sevoflurane
The morning group 2:Titrate the half effective alveolar concentration of sevoflurane at laryngeal mask insertion
The afternoon group 2:Titrate the half effective alveolar concentration of sevoflurane at laryngeal mask insertion

Age
30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From 30 years old to 65 years old; 2.Patients undergoing elective short surgery under general anesthesia; 3. ASAI-II level; 4. Willing to participate and able to understand and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery; 2. A history of abnormal surgical anesthesia in the past; 3. History of allergy to halothane drugs; 4. Patients with spinal cord lesions; 5. Family history of malignant hyperthermia; 6. Difficult airway is expected; 7. History of epilepsy; 8. Muscular dystrophy patients; 9. Patients with high risk of gastric reflux and aspiration; 10. Patients with contraindications to laryngeal mask use; 11. Pregnant women or mothers; 12. Participated in other drug trials within three months.
