Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hospitalized patients who plan to receive chemotherapy in oncology department; 2. Aged 18 to 80 years; 3. The TNM stage of the tumor was II, III and IV; 4. Padua score >= 4 or Khorana score >= 2; 5. The expected survival time is more than 6 months; 6. The patient or legal representative has been informed of the nature of the study and understands the provisions in the protocol to ensure compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Venous thromboembolism (except intramuscular venous thrombosis) occurred before admission; 2. Anticoagulants were used within 72 hours before admission; 3. High risk of bleeding, such as active gastrointestinal ulcer, congenital or acquired abnormal bleeding (platelet count 1.5 (not related to VKA treatment); 5. Intracranial metastasis of the tumor; 6. Antiplatelet, anticoagulant and thrombolytic drugs have contraindications; 7. Creatinine clearance rate < 20ml / min; 8. Pregnancy and lactation.
