Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. KOA group (1) For patients with knee osteoarthritis, the KOA diagnostic criteria in the 2007 edition of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Osteoarthritis": 1) Repeated knee pain within 1 month; 2) X-ray films showed joint space narrowing, subchondral bone sclerosis and/or cystic degeneration, and osteophyte formation at the joint edge; 3) Clear joint fluid, WBC= 40 years; 5) Morning stiffness = 4). 2. Inclusion criteria for non-KOA group: (1) Aged >=40 years; (2) No previous history of knee fracture; (3) Arthroscopic surgery is required for discoid meniscus, meniscus injury, popliteal cyst, etc.; (4) Outerbridge arthroscopic cartilage injury grade 1 month.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with skin ulceration of the knee joint, or those with a history of surgery or intra-articular hormone injection; 2. Immune and immune-related arthritis, such as gouty arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, reactive arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, etc.; 3. Patients with renal insufficiency and a history of malignant tumors; 4. Infectious arthritis, tuberculosis.
