Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over the age of 60 in the intensive care department and neurorehabilitation department; if physical conditions permit, with the consent of the doctor, and fill in the informed consent form. 2. Diagnostic criteria for stroke: The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the diagnostic points of various cerebrovascular diseases of the Chinese Neuroscience Association and is diagnosed by head CT or MRI examination and lumbar puncture. 3. Diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia: meet the diagnostic criteria for disease-related sarcopenia in the AWGS criteria (2019). And the patient's vital signs are stable, the consciousness is clear, and he can cooperate with the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment, intellectual disability or mental disorder, unable to cooperate with rehabilitation training; 2. Acute changes in body composition or accompanied by trauma, infection, edema, fever, etc.; 3. Patients with end-stage renal disease, liver failure, heart failure, malignant tumor and unstable condition; 4. Taking glucocorticoids, thyroid hormones, sex hormones and other drugs.
