Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. clinical diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis; 2. the length of hospital stay was more than or equal to 2 weeks; 3. complete clinical medical records were available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. tissue pathological changes in other organs such as brain, heart, kidneys, liver, etc.; 2. asthma, increased number of blood eosinophils, or other acute respiratory infectious diseases; 3. mental and cognitive disorders or refusal to cooperate with the study.
