Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old at the time of recruitment; 2. Chinese citizens, currently living in Hubei or Guangdong Province, and planning to stay for 12 months; 3. Have a smartphone and have WeChat installed; 4. At least one of the following high-risk behaviors must be reported: (1) Have sex with more than one partner in the past 90 days; (2) Not consistently using a condom during penetrative sex within the past 6 months; (3) Have maintained a sexual relationship with an HIV-positive partner within the past 6 months; (4) Participated in commercial sexual activity within the past 6 months; (5) Diagnosed or reported any sexually transmitted disease within the past 6 months); 5. No history of renal insufficiency; 6. No history of chronic hepatitis B (HBV) infection; 7. No HIV infection; 8. No signs of post-exposure prophylaxis; 9. No signs or symptoms consistent with acute HIV infection.
