Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent, aged >= 65 years. 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for senile VOCF. 3. Single vertebral body fractures were confirmed as thoracolumbar compression fractures by imaging examination before operation. 4. Those who underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty. 5. No organ dysfunction such as heart, liver and kidney, no serious infection and malignant tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mental disorder, confusion, cognitive dysfunction, unable to cooperate with experimental research. 2. Traumatic fractures and pathological fractures caused by severe external forces such as violence, car accidents and falls. 3. Patients who are participating in other similar clinical studies. 4. Patients with abnormal limb motor function before fracture. 5. Take care of patients who cannot accept continuing nursing knowledge.
