Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The first onset, the course of the disease is more than 2 weeks, and the disease is stable; 3. Unilateral patients diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI, the diagnosis of stroke conforms to the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (2014 Edition), or the Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke (2014 Edition); 4. There is a limb dysfunction on one side, and the trunk function is affected, and the TIS cannot reach the full score; 5. The patient's condition is stable, the consciousness is clear, and there is no obvious cognitive impairment (mini-mental state examination (MMSE) as assessed as no severe cognitive impairment (score>24), able to understand and execute simple instructions from the therapist); 6. Sitting balance level I and above; 7. Sign the written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other neurological diseases (including craniocerebral trauma) other than stroke; 2. Cerebellum or brainstem injury; 3. The condition deteriorates, new infarcts or hemorrhages appear, and neurological signs show progressive aggravation; 4. Severe cognitive or speech impairment; 5. Those with heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction or other serious physical diseases and malignant hypertension who cannot train, those who have unhealed lower extremity fractures and pain who cannot cooperate with training; 6. Patients with limited thoracolumbar movement, lumbar disc herniation, acute lumbar sprain, pain, etc., will affect the function of the lumbar muscles; 7. Those with visual function and vestibular dysfunction who cannot be trained; 8. Participate in other related and similar studies during the same period.
